WHAT’S IN MY CAMERA BAG //

MY FAVORITE GEAR I USE FOR EVERY WEDDING

I will slowly be adding more lifestyle, tips, and other things I love sharing about to my blog. I want to be a resource full of information that helps beginners as well as people who are way advanced in this industry! So here is what’s in my bag!

Knowing what gear other photographers used when I first started helped me really solidify what I loved to use. Learning the process of how to use all of the gear didn’t happen overnight. Trying to navigate and understand the complexity of a camera was time consuming and took so much practice!!

If you are just starting out, don’t be intimidated by this gear! My first year of wedding income all went straight to purchasing my gear. Starting any business takes time and it really is an investment.

For weddings, I bring my Mark IV, and 2 Mark IIIs. I always prep for the worst so having extra camera bodies is always a good call, no matter what they are. During wedding days I usually have my 35mm lens on one hip and my 50mm on the other. by far my favorite lenses! I will switch out my 35 to the 70-200 during the ceremony and sometimes speeches as well. I usually have my second shooter on a 35 and 85 during the ceremony! This allows us to get different angles and close ups for all the little details and moments!

Stay tuned for my organization blog that is coming! It is my GO – TO guide for wedding days!
