If you haven’t been to Waco yet, you need to! Last August was my first time going to Waco and I was lucky enough to have a friend who actually works at Magnolia! She is on the design team and so freaking good! So she showed us all around town and it is legit an empire that Chip + Jo have built. It’s insane..
